How to change distance between the staffs one one individual system?
I know that you can change the distance of all staffs in format>style but is there any way where you can alter the staff distance of one individual system of a score?

You can use spacers from the Layout palette. Although there's a pretty good chance that whatever it is you're trying to accomplish can also be done better by appropriate adjustments of the min/max/factor settings as well as the other settings on that dialog. If you attach your score and explain what you are trying to, we can understand and assist better.
