Microtonal Tuning as well as tuning as a whole should work with MuseSounds
In MuseScore 3, all instruments were able to be tuned and playback would confirm that. In MuseScore 4 now, tuning only works with base instruments. If you try it with MuseSounds enabled, you CAN technically tune the instrument, but it sounds the same whether or not you tuned it. If you add 22 cents to a G for example, it wont play G+22c, it will just play a G natural.
This makes composing with other tuning systems impossible. Please fix this or add this.

This is being worked on. But of course, it works on all the same sounds it worked on with MU3 as well - MU3 didn't even have Muse Sounds. So it's certainly possible to compose using microtonal tuning in MU4 just as with MU3. You just can't yet take advantage of the new sounds.
