Title displayed in continuous view

Sometimes it is very helpful to display scores in horizontal Continuous view.

It would be good if the title could be displayed across the top in that view mode.

Also note that if a score is saved in Continous view it will [probably] reopen in that mode, but if it is stored at a different level of magnification - say 50% - it will still open at 100%. It could be worth considering always opening scores to conform to the state of the last used settings.
