Can I edit the size of the elements of just one page without affecting all the pages? When I say elements, I'm not talking about individual elements, I'm talking about the general, everything that apears in the page.

If you want to change the page size or scaling for just one page... no, that's not possible.
If you want to go through every element on a single page you might achieve a visual difference. But I don't think that you can change the underlying staff scaling for a single page: it's a global setting.
