Severe technical malfunction

I just updated to the most recent version of Musescore and am now experiencing the worst bugs ever. Firstly, everything is about 2 octaves higher than it's supposed to be, the tempo is unsteady and abnormally fast and the playback audio is peaking like crazy. I didn't have these issues before I updated to version 4.1.1. Also, this happens on any score I open or create.

Solved. Very Easy fix. Just make sure your sample rate on your speakers/headphones are set to 41 Khz or musescore playback won't work. I just thought I'd leave this up here in case anyone else has the same issue.
