Master Track Cutoff when Playback stops

So I figured out why the playback cuts off when I use the MuseFX Reverb or isotope Vinyl Plugins. It's the Master track that's causing the problem.

What was the cause of the Master Track to make the playback cutoff whenever some notes aren't playing? The Aux Sends work, so why the master track though?

I've attached a MuseScore file. It happens when the notes in the playback stop playing. Note that MuseFX Reverb and isotope Vinyl are required.
