Terrible Experience in Musescore...

I am really tired of crashes, incompatible files, especially downward etc.
My latest terrible experience just happened today:
I wokred all day and saved my file in M3.6.2... Ten afterward I cannot open the file in M3 any longer, and once I open it inM4, ı see that my all day work has evaporated...
So many crashes aside...
Just terrible...
