Upload my Scores for public View and download.

After my first score upload…
In the Score Manager it shows 1 score - thats right.
I want to Upload my Scores for public View and download. This is not working for me. In my Settings - the Score Manager says Private or all Scores and that is not what I want. I want my Scores to be shared public. What am I missing.
It is the first time I share something here. I have a lot of Scores to make public...
Can somebody help me out??
