alto sax instrument not displaying correct key
the alto sax part is not displaying the correct key signature as the other alto sax part.

It's hard to say much from just a picture - if you attach your score we can assist better. There were some bugs in some older versions that can cause this but they should be fixed I the current 4.1.1, so be sure to be up to date. But scores that were already messed up won't be fixed automatically. So, to fix this now, just re-add the correct concert key from the palette.
If this happens again in a new score created in 4.1.1, please see if you can figure out the steps to reproduce the problem and post them here, so we can verify if it's a bug and if so make sure it's fixed for the next release.

As I surmised, this was created in an older version of MuseScore that would do this in certain cases. First update to 4.1.1, then fix the score I described (by re-adding the correct concert pitch key signature).
