Small Staff
When selecting staff/prt properties and number of staff's to make small staff , i does not only make small staff in the selected area, but whole score. I have checked with ver. 3.6 which work just nicely.

Sorry, but I don't agree. This is not an MS4 regression but a fault which existed in MS 3.6 as well.
In both MS3 and MS4, I I tried this:
- select the top three staves
- right-click for Staff/Part Properties
- enable Small Staff
Expected result: all three staves should be in Small Staff format

Actual result: only the middle staff of three is in Small Staff format
Feel free to report this on Github, because I think it is a bug (in both MS3 and MS4). Multi-select should work. You will need to create a free Github account if you don't yet have an account there:
