Notes repeating until end of score

There are a few notes at the end of my score that will continually repeat themselves until the end of the score. It sounds like a problem with the loop-back of the note.
It is only currently affecting my clarinet, flute, and piccolo pieces.
Any suggestions on how to fix would help.
