Subfolders when Opening Musescore4

Is there a way to create subfolders in the 'new and recent' tab on the musescore4 so that I can organize the scores that show up when I open the application? Or to add another tab besides 'New & Recent' and 'My Online Scores'? Or can I only organize scores directly on my computer's filing system? I'd like to 'clean up' what shows up when the application first opens...

Recent scores are links. So it is what it is. If you know of a specific older score, it might be easier to just open the score from a folder in your scores folder.
