transpose
I purchased the musescore smartphone app because that was the recommendation for transposing to a different key.
I am searching arrangements on my PC. I do not see any link to transposition even though I purchased the phone app. How is this done?

The PC notation editor is very different to the phoe app which is really just a player. This website (musescore.org) deals only with the PC notation editor. This handbook article tells you how to transpose in the PC editor. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/transposition.
Support for the phone app is dealt with on the sister site musescore.com. Here may be a good place to look for help with the phone app. https://help.musescore.com/hc/en-us/sections/202391389-Mobile-apps

... and it's worth stressing that the MuseScore music notation editor (for Windows, MacOS and Linux) is entirely free: no subscription is needed. You can get the editor from the Download page: https://musescore.org/en/download
I was using the free musescore. I did not see any link for transposing the music to other keys, which is what I need. Thank you.

There is no non-free MuseScore

There is no link. Follow these steps
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Turn on your PC.
3. Start the (free) MuseScore music notation program.
(this one: https://musescore.org/en/download)
4. Open the score you wish to transpose.
5. See: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/transposition#transpose-dialog
