Trouble with xml file from ScanScore

I am having issues transferring xml files to Musescore. I am using ScanScore 3 for a SATB piece with piano accompaniment. It looks fine on ScanScore, but when I export it as an xml file, it combines all of the lines into one. I contacted ScanScore, but they exported it into different notation softwares and it worked fine, besides Musescore.
