Notes last forever

Hello,

I've just encountered this issue on Musescore4, where it appears that every flute/clarinet note lasts forever once played. For example when I click a note, the audio will never stop when I believe it's supposed to stop after its defined time. Most frustratingly, when I playback a score all the notes that have been played will continue to play until the audio is just a messy layer of sound. I've tried increasing my buffer time from 1028 to 4096 as recommended by another thread but it didn't fix the issue. I've attached my musescore file below and would appreciate any advice!
