Add additional chord symbols automatically

Very frequently I'm notating a score in concert key and asked to put an alternate set of chord symbols above the first for guitarists (i.e. the piece is in E major and I'm asked to write chord symbols in D with a note for guitarists to put a "capo" on the second fret - the reason for this is ease of play). Right now I'm having to go to each note that has a chord symbol above it and manually add an additional chord above it at every instance. Musescore handles the spacing and alignment pretty well but it's quite time consuming, and if any chord happens at a spot where there isn't specifically a note/rest on that beat (i.e. a tie or a note/rest value held through the moment the chord changes) you have to actually rebuild the measure to access the second row of chords for that beat - just using space bar increments from the chord symbol will automatically have you edit the original chord rather than adding an additional chord on top. I'm curious if there's a function to automatically duplicate chord symbols in bulk, and then to transpose those additional chord symbols as an isolated group? It would save a lot of time for Vocal Lead Sheets for ensembles with diverse instrumentation.
