File Corrupted

Hello, I opened my musescore to find that the file I have been working on has been corrupted, and I can't seem to recover it. I am on Windows, and have tried recovering the backup file, using other instructions found on another forum, I keep getting the error code Error=XML_ERROR_EMPTY_DOCUMENT ErrorID=13 (0xd) Line number=0 . Is there any other solution to try? I have linked my corrupted file below. I need the file asap, as it's for a rehearsal in 3 days

Use a hex editor or other basic file editing program to open it and we can see that it is full of zeros. There is no recoverable data.
