Musescore won't leave bottom screen / bugged state

I have a rather strange issue. Everytime I open Musescore 4 the application loads, however, it locks itself to the bottom of the screen and is in a glitched state when viewing my open windows. I have tried uninstalling Musescore to no avail. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
