Fermata impinging on the next bar

Hi,
I get an issue with Musescore 4 and MuseSounds. Some notes/chords aren't played by the playback, and I finally understood that it was caused by a fermata that seems to have an effect further that it should.
My software version :
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.1-232071203, revision: e4d1ddf
Please look at the minimal example from my piece I sent as attachment.
The second chord in the second bar isn't played on time. If I remove the fermata in the first bar, no problem anymore.
