Musescore crashing in tablet mode
Hi there,
Running Musescore 4.1.1 on a Thinkpad X1 yoga / Windows 11. Works fine in normal mode using keyboard. However, it crashes/loses all edit functionality when I put the laptop into tablet mode, in other words when the laptop is folded back on itself so I can use it on my piano music stand. It happens every time, very reliably.
Any ideas why this might be happening and how I might solve it?

Here's an update. If I first put my laptop in tablet mode (by folding it) and then open musescore, musescore works fine. Then if I go back to desktop mode, the same error occirs. In other words, the problem is triggered by the desktop/tablet transition in either direction.

I found the solution! Personalization-Taskbar Behaviors - UNCHECK Optimize taskbar for touch interacations - THIS SOLVED IT! Who needs a cummunity when I'm this clever?

It probably is some device that gets added or removed while being in use by MuseScore
