This plus sign shows you that the bar length is greater than specified in the time signature. It is only a hint for you.
Either shorten your bar to the correct length or deactivate the option "Show Unprintable".
If you create a PDF file or print the file, this "+" will not be shown.

Thank you very much for the answer, I don't have a problem with the + sign, the problem is that it adds pauses to Bar and lengthens it (as you can see in the attached picture) And then it don't automatically go to the next bar, where rhythmic values are inserted in the length of the weight of the bar, it makes it really difficult for me to work and I want to stop it,
what's the way?

I'm afraid you are using the wrong input mode. You should use the default mode (step time). https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/entering-notes-and-rests#Entering_n…
I assume you use the 'Insert mode' which is only for special editing issues as described here: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/alternative-note-input-methods#inse…

The normal behavior is: in a 4/4 time signature, for example, you can enter four quarter notes and when you continue typing, the next note will be in the next measure.

This '+' only indicates that your bar is too long.

That's good!
But you didn't have to delete the whole bar, because you can also select the surplus rests and remove them with Ctrl+Del. The bar then becomes shorter again and the '+' dissapears.

[Edit]
... and you can reset the actual value to the nominal value in the bar properties. This will cut off the rightmost rests or notes that have already been written at that position, so be careful with that.
