Crashing

My musescore 4 crashes every time I press a function key (I.E f1, f2, etc.), and the entire left side toolbar has disappeared and will not reaper, i have pressed the keybind for the pallets many times, but it just crashes musescore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but nothing fixes the issue. Does anyone have suggestions? photo attached is of my ui, and the diagnosis file
