change speed of a turn articulation
hi guys,
this is my first time experimenting with articulations.
I think this issue is in some way correlated with this one; link.
Let's say I have notated this
but I would like it to sound like this (approximately)
so I think the correct way to notate is to put a "turn" on the interested note like this
but MS4 will play the articulation super fast and I don't whant this.
Rather I would like to have a way to control the speed of the "turn" articulation.
Is there, currently, a way to do this?
This is what I'm using:
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.1-232071203, revision: e4d1ddf

The way you like it to sound does not look like a turn because all notes of the turn should have the same rhythmical value. But I agree that it would be great to have the some ability to adjust the speed of ornaments playback in MuseScore.

Add another stave and write the turn how you wish it to sound in the corresponding place. Set the notes in the main staff to not play. You can make the "written out" turn into an "ossia" as described here. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/showing-staves-only-where-needed#Os…
