Combining two instrument parts into one score, both displayed on one page
From the score attached, I want to extract both the snare drum and the bass drum to display on one score part only. Unlike the drum kit stave, it does not combine the two instruments, but rather display them separately, but on the same page.
I've been trying, but without any luck. Kindly advise how I can accomplish this? Thanks. Peet

So you want 2 instruments in one part, but after one another ?

Yes, please.
From the main score, I want to extract both the Snare Drum and the Bass Drum, as the same person is going to do both.
Like e.g., Trumpet 1 and 2, on the same page, but on different staves.
How do I accomplish that?
Thank you
Peet

So not one after the other, but both in the same system
do you know how to do them on the same stave?

Probably the easiest way would be to open the Layout panel (upper left). For each of the instruments that you do not want to appear in your score, click the 'open eye' icon to the left. This changes that icon to a 'closed eye' and hides that instrument. 'Close the eyes' for all but the percussion.
