Score playback pitch is incorrect, half step up from what is notated.
Unable to adjust reference tone frequency in my computers settings, is there any way I can change the settings on MuseScore to playback at 44.1 kHz?

You should at least specify which operating system and version you are using! That way, someone who has the same operating system can guide you to the correct settings.
In general: I am sure that this is possible on all computers.
