Improve auto-placement of tenuto marking

When there is a tie starting at a note with a tenuto marking, the articulation marking doesn't move to make room for the tie, they just try to take up the same space. This is easily adjusted in the Properties panel, but it would be nice if it did it automatically. (For the record, there's no issue when there's a tie starting at a note with a tenuto marking, as the slur adjusts to make space for the articulation.)
