Bb Trumpet sounds not in tune.

Bb Trumpet Muse score 4 newest version.

Problem: Notes sound out of tune.

I was writing on the staff and all the notes sound of of tune. For example a B# on the staff in muse score sounds like a C on trumpet but C on the staff sounds nothing like a C. Is their a way to fix this by tuning it?
