Multi-Measure rests in Classical Notation
Does anybody know of a way to achieve the Classical writing-style of rests? (See image) I've been searching for quite a while and I can't find a way. Any help is much apprechiated!

Look in the master palette. View>Master palette>Symbols>Rests.

You need to select "Old Style Multimeasure Rests" in Format>Style>Rests.

Use the menu options Format > Rests > Multibar rest (enable)
and Format > Rests > Old-Style Multibar Rests (enable)
This will give you a display something like this:
