Musescore 4 Play Eastwest

Hi everyone....I recently updated to musescore 4 and everything works great except when I try to load a vst sound via EastWest Play. A Play window opens with many details missing and does not load any sound.....it says initialization error...
Anyone have any idea why and above all how to solve it?
