Custom Drumset Sounds

I was wondering if there is anyway to customize the musescore 4 "drumset" and add other instruments to it? The reason being I am currently writing a piece for percussion quartet and one of the players would have a multi percussion setup of bongos, toms, bass drum and a cymbal. Obviously I could easily notate this in musescore but it would be nice for it to sound correct in playback as well. The only other option I see is manually changing the instrument from one to another which seems incredibly tedious.

I know you can customize noteheads and things like that but that's not what I'm looking for
