audio tracks are slightly shifted
My melody sounds okay when I play it in my system on musescore, but as soon as I export the MP3 or publish it here, the individual audio tracks are slightly shifted against each other and just sound terrible.

Not your imagination. The main problem seems to be the posaune. Turn off the reverb. Export just that part. The downbeat to measure 8 is really early. In the mixer change to Trombones a3, and export again. Downbeat to measure 8 is OK, but all of measure 7 is rushed. At least on my system. You may not get the same results. There may be other problems.
To experiment I copied the posaune part to a new score. That's where I tried all kinds of things.

Thank you. I fiddled around for a while, but got nowhere. I then switched to woodwinds, and it works.
