Unable to download due to promotional popups
Hi,
I have a current subscription - I checked - but when I try to download an available score I'm unable to get past the promotional popups.
I'm very happy with the service I have and want neither an upgrade nor a free trial.
How can I continue to use the service I have already paid for, i.e how do I get past these pesky popups?

When you speak of "subscriptions", I guess you aren't talking about MuseScore - it has no subscription. Probably you are referring to the commercial score-sharing website musescore.com. Best to ask for help over there on their website, or contact their support team directly.
