Caesuras don't work properly

The Caesuras, and I mean all of them, when I use them, don't do what they are supposed to do: Namely they aren't stopping the track, only the blue bar. When the caesura has stopped the blue bar for the amount of time it is supposed to, the blue bar continues, the track then is completely messed up: only a few notes play and some don't play. The eighth notes are played like a whole note and the song only goes back to normal after about 5 Measures.
