Strange playback in a 2. volta followed by a layout break and section break

Confusing subject title maybe, but listen to the playback of bar 24 - the 2nd volta, in my arrangement of Minuet 1 and 2 from Bach's cello suite in G. The dotted half note in the volta lasts far too long and is sustained over into the next movement - minuet 2. The properties of the section mark says 3s pause before playback of the next section, but the chord from minuet 1 is sustained into minuet 2 with no pause.
