Multiple time signatures into one score? E.g. 4/4 AND 12/8?

Hi. I have read this section and appreciate that the site is still under construction. The examples I came across is not what my query is about. I would like to allocate 4/4 to most (out of 18) instruments, but also 12/8 to the rest.

Would that be possible?
