Musescore Corruption issue

I've been working on this song for a good while now and I've just nearly reached the end, however surprise surprise, CORRUPTION! I've only had this issue once, where the main mscz file got corrupted following the unexpected shutoff of my laptop. I just turned to the backup file, which is what I've been working on all this time, though this too also got corrupted thanks to my laptop powering off out of nowhere. All instances of this song, both backup and main, are corrupted, and I am unable to open them even though it supplies me with the "open anyway" option.
