Tied Notes Severe Bug

On two different scores, when I tie a specific note the score goes crazy, blacks out a large portion of the score and in PSSOM, spreads the score over and almost infinite area.
The first time this happened was in 'Sweet Caroline', and the same bug has surfaced in 'Pour Some...'
I've attached a score, Pour Some Sugar... , and in bar 49, putting a tie between the E 1/4 notes produces the awful effect. I'm running Win 11 Pro.
