How can I change the mouse scrolling unit(?)

Hi everyone. I was using Musescore 2 and recently found out that now 4 is released..! So trying to get used to 4. I hope those who read this will understand my question, as English is not my first language.

Look at the screenshot I uploaded. In version 2, if I put the cursor in the box and scroll, the number changed by 0.1. But in 4, (I don't know about 3) it changes by 0.5. Can I change that to 0.1 like version 2?

No, not via mouse scroll at least, nor via the arrow keys (wgich basically is the same thing), the step value is hard coded into the program, but you can manually enter the desired value
