change choir settings
I would like to convert a four line score ( TTBB) to a barbershop version of the same script. TT in one line and BB in the othe line. Is there any way of doing this by just copying? I have tried to do so by pasting as a voice 2 but it just overwrites the Voice 1.

Select both staves from the tenor and use Tools -> Implode. Do the same for the two bass staves.
The notes of the second staff of T or B are copied to the first staff as voice 2. You can then delete the second staves of T and B respectively.

I must add that there are other ways to do this.
So you can first swap voice 1 and 2 in one of the staves, then use the selection filter to select only voice 2 and copy the notes.
Then set the selection filter back to "all" and paste the notes in the other staff.
But I think the implode function is easier to handle.

I agree that the firs suggestion was the easiest. One more question though. I can't seem to rename the "new" voice 2 in the imploded rows. How do I do that?

Just fooled around and found the solution myself. I just right clicked on the voice names, left of the rows and altered the voice-names there.
