Harmonium notation

Hello
Harmonium is not my instrument, but a good friend of mine who is a professional organ player tells me the symbol showing a number with a circle around it is indeed an instruction to the player.

The two snippets here shows a number 1 inside a ring, the other a 4 inside a ring, crossed out (a few bars before the number 4 is not crossed out).

Is there a symbol somewhere for this? I have sifted through most text and symbols, the closest match seems to be guitar string number symbols, but I can't use those.

Why can't you use string numbers? If it's because you can't find a crossed-out number, there is a symbol in the Master Palette that is a circle with two oblique bars very close together that you could superimpose on a number and there is another with a single oblique line that extends a bit beyond the edge of the circle.
