File gone after I pressed plugins

So I was working on a new project and I knew I had installed a few new plugins, since I'm on mac I click it on the upper part of your screen, play and then it took me to make me a new piece. Afterwards I can't find it since I didn't name it. So apparently it's gone. I hope no other people are having this bc it really sucks.
