Audio Desynching when changing BPM??

Hello,
Is anyone else having a problem when adjusting the tempo in Musescore 4? This has happened several times where I write something, then I adjust the tempo marking to see if it would sound better faster or slower, and then the audio completely desynchs between the parts. By "completely desynchs," I mean it literally sounds as if the different voices are playing the piece at WILDLY different tempos. Sometimes this also happens with rits or accels. I'm writing for saxophone quartets and this happened after I finished a piece. Thankfully, after saving and reloading the piece, its mostly fixed. There's still a little issue with it sounding as though one of the voices has a weird grace note right before their entrance. But I can deal with that over a complete desynch. If the dev team knows what might be causing this to happen other than simply changing the bpm, I'd appreciate being filled in on that.
