Lyrics no longer aligned after second ending

After creating a repeat, lyrics in one of the staves became mis-aligned with the rest of the voices. This, I believe, was due to an unresolved melisma that did not realize itself in the second ending. A lyric attached itself where the melisma failed to show up and now the following lyrics are out of sync.
How do I add the missing syllable to make the whole thing line up again? Start at measure 47
