Soundfonts are muted MuseScore4

Hello to whom is reading this, I have been trying to use soundfonts but when ever I put them into my software, it just gets rid of the sound all together. I have been looking through out the entire musescore website with no help or with unclear tutorials/instructions that all don't work.
