Not able to download...

Hello, I dont know if i'm doing anything wrong, but when i try to download something, it says that 'the muse background service is not running'. Please find out if anything is wrong and tell me if so. Thank you. I haven't used Musecore that much, Only downloaded 2 weeks ago for Educational reasons. Have a good, Morning/Afternoon/Evening.
