Accel. line makes playback skip some notes.
Windows 10 home x64, Musescore 4.2.1
At measure 53, the three melodic instruments refuse to play the second 8th note.
I checked the velocity, it's at 64. I tried deleting the notes and reinserting them.
It only plays if I delete the accel. line.
Also, the acceleration isn't working correctly: with the "ease out" option, instead of relatively fast but gradual start followed by a flatter middle and end, we get a spike one third of the way through, with flatter growth before and after.

If you make the note before the one that doesn't sound, staccato, then the note will play. To me, that better matches the phrasing set up in the previous measure.
You might have to do the accel in stages.

Sadly, there's no way to mark the accelerando as to not be played back, which is kinda silly given that it's one of the things that most easily might be too finnicky for the basic settings available...
