Occasional crashes upon using "toggle rhythmic slash notation"

I couldn't find a common thread between the crashes. It certainly isn't a matter of voice, because it happened both when I had several voices and just one. Might be only happening when only applying it to a partial measure, but it's not consistent - trying again on the same section after a crash will generally work.
