Vocal playback

In light of the rapid development of speech generation from written text: Are there any efforts being made - that anyone is aware of, to implement this technology in choral sections of SATB scores or other vocal ensembles in Musescore? So that the playback can be heard with actual lyrics, instead of just the “Aaah”s that are available now?
Any programs that can be integrated? Or any plugins that are in progress?
I have no clue on how to make this myself. But someone who’s a lot smarter than me might have some thoughts on what the possibilities are, and/or the limitations & challenges. Thankful for any input.
