Consistent crash on exiting Musescore 4.2.1

I have been running Musescore 4.2.1.240230937 on a MacBook Pro (Apple M3 chip, running Sonoma 14.2.1) and experiencing a program crash every time I exit the program. It has not so far crashed otherwise, so no data has been lost, but the behavior is utterly consistent and cannot be intentional.
