problems with my subscription

On February 23, I paid for my musescore subscription but something has happened and now when I log in it tells me that I don't have the €69.99 pro subscription.
I have the charge on my card but it does not appear in my username.
I need to contact someone to solve this, because if not, I feel cheated.
